Floki includes fully comprehensive insurance and UK & EU breakdown cover.
Our insurers have provided us with a list of requirements for each driver.
See below documents required for each driver with no exceptions.

Copy of the photo card drivers’ licence (address & ID must be up to date and match other ID's)

What's Included
The hire cost includes fully comprehensive insurance for one driver, an additional driver can be added at an extra cost, full terms can be found in the terms and conditions on this website. (Please ensure you check this and that you meet the criteria). Unlimited mileage (for bookings of 7 night or more). See terms for other mileage limits.
16L water container, waste water container, electric mains hook up lead, energy efficient fridge with small freezer , TV with HDMI, crockery, cutlery, utensils, pots, pans, kettle, toaster, pot washing essentials, staple store cupboard items(tea/coffee/sugar, salt & pepper, cooking oil, cling film and foil, indoor fixed fold-away table, small outdoor camping table and up to 4 camping chairs, blankets, mattress topper(rock n roll bed), memory foam mattress (roof top bed) playing cards and a few board games.

Floki will come with a full tank of Diesel, but you must refill it when you return at the end of your holiday.
Payments
A £150 non-refundable deposit will be required at the time of booking, with the balance due 6 weeks prior to the date of hire. For bookings less than 6 weeks away, the full amount of hire will be required at the time of booking.
A security bond of £500-£750 (dependant on age) is required before the campervan leaves our premises.
The Security deposit amount needs to be cleared funds in our account at least 5 working days before hire. We can take the deposit on a card on day of hire on your credit card. This covers any damage/breakages and insurance excess and will be returned to you within 7 days of the vehicle being returned on time and in the same condition it was hired out to you. Optional extras are available to hire, these can be added at the time of booking

Drive away awning with double bedroom compartment & double airbed. (van voyage reserve the right to withdraw/decline hire of awning due to adverse weather conditions)

Dog Friendly
Your furry friend is more than welcome to travel with you. We are animal lovers ourselves and understand the need to bring them along for the journey.
We ask that your dog is well behaved and doesn’t climb on the seats & must never be left unattended inside the vehicle. you must bring a suitable bed with you for your dog to sleep in.
As an extra at the time of making your booking, we charge a one-off fee of £20 to cover the additional cleaning required to ensure that Floki is in great shape for whoever travels next.
Collections & Returns
Collection of Floki is from our residence in Nottingham.
Collection time is from 3pm unless previously agreed, please allow up to an hour at the time of collection for a full vehicle handover/usage guide
If you plan to be in the area earlier in the day, do let us know as we might just be able to get your van ready slightly ahead of schedule. If you can't reach us by your allocated collection time, do get in touch as soon as possible.

Returning Floki is to our residence in Nottingham.
We kindly ask that you return Floki for 12pm on the final day of your hire to give us plenty of time for final checks and cleaning for the next collection at 3pm.
If you are delayed or are having trouble making it back for 12pm please do get in touch with us.

FAQ's
Useful Information before you book.
How old do I need to be to hire?
Our minimum hire age is 21. Please note however that any drivers under 25 will be required to pay an additional security deposit to cover the insurance excess.
Do I need a full UK Licence?
Unfortunately we cannot hire out
Floki to anyone without a full UK Drivers Licence.
How do I operate everything within Floki?
Absolutely, we will provide you with a full tour and explanation of Floki and answer any questions you might have before you set off.
How can I make payment?
All major debit and credit cards are accepted as well as payments by BACS.
I have points on my licence, can I still hire?
Normally a few points are acceptable however please get in touch with us first before booking.
Can I return Floki earlier than planned?
Please contact us prior to returning so that we can try and accommodate your new return time.
What happens if I breakdown?
